Create Your Tournament & Define Budget Rules
Log in and click "Create Tournament". Choose your sport (Cricket, Football, Volleyball, etc.), enter the tournament title, and configure financial rules:
- ✔ Team Purse Budget: Set total points/funds (e.g. ₹50 Lakhs or ₹100 Crores).
- ✔ Squad Limits: Set minimum and maximum players per team.
- ✔ Bid Increments: Define stepping steps (+₹100, +₹500, +₹1,000, +₹5,000).
- ✔ Mode: Start in free Test Mode to practice with zero pressure!
Add Franchise Teams & 6-Digit Owner PINs
Add each participating team with their team name (e.g. Mumbai Kings, Bengal Warriors) and upload their custom transparent logo PNG:

Open the Auctioneer Control Room (control.php):
- Click "Spin Roulette Wheel" or select any player from the roster to bring them onto the stage.
- Teams bid live from their mobile phones, or you click the team's bid button on the master control.
- When bidding stops, click "🔨 SOLD" to award the player and automatically deduct their purse.
- When all rounds are finished, click "Download Excel Report" to export complete rosters, player acquisition prices, remaining purse balances, and financial summaries!

Double Shield:
1. System requires clicking "OK" on confirmation popup before selling.
2. If confirmed by mistake: Open Players Roster ➔ click "Reset to Available". The sale is erased, the player returns to pool, and 100% of the purse is refunded automatically!

3. Test Mode, Official Live Mode & The Finalize Button

1. Test Mode (Mock Rehearsals)
Practice with your team owners before tournament day with zero stress. Test mobile bidding phones, venue TV projectors, audio gongs, and player wheel spins.
Click "Reset Test Bids" anytime to erase all practice bids, restore 100% of all team purse budgets, and return players back to the draft pool!
2. Official Live Mode
Switch on right before the real tournament starts. Every bid, hammer strike, and purse deduction is permanently committed to the official database ledger.
Once official bidding begins, the server strictly blocks reverting to Test Mode. Resets are protected so live tournament data can never be accidentally wiped.
3. Finalize Auction Button
Click this button only when the entire auction is complete. The system validates minimum squad rules, seals rosters permanently, and locks bidding.
Unlocks the official Final Master Excel / CSV report. All team rosters, player sale prices, and financial ledgers remain permanently available to download anytime!

Nothing is lost! Every single bid, player purchase, and remaining purse amount is permanently saved in the database in real-time. Simply open your browser on another phone or laptop, log back into control.php, and the auction resumes instantly at the exact same player and bid!
💰 Can a team accidentally bid more money than their purse budget allows?
No. The software calculates purse mathematics on every bid. If a team tries to bid more than their available budget (or doesn't have enough purse left to fill their mandatory minimum squad slots), the system automatically locks their button and alerts them.
📊 Where do I get the final Excel squad lists after the auction finishes?
In your Auction Control Room or Dashboard, click "Download Excel Report" (or CSV). It instantly generates a clean spreadsheet containing all team rosters, sold player prices, unsold lists, and remaining purse balances ready to email or print for captains!
