AuctionBest is a cloud-based live player auction software designed for cricket, football, volleyball, kabaddi, badminton, and multi-sport tournaments. It automates real-time bidding, franchise team purse deductions, player order catalogs, projector display screens, and instant winner announcements.

Question 2

Can I livestream the live player bidding to YouTube using OBS Studio or vMix?

Accepted Answer

Yes! AuctionBest features a built-in 4K OBS Studio and vMix browser source overlay with transparent alpha channel support. You can seamlessly add it as a browser layer in OBS, vMix, or Wirecast to display live bidding numbers, player stats, sold animations, and sponsor logos on YouTube, Facebook Live, or Twitch.

Question 3

How do players self-register for an upcoming draft?

Accepted Answer

Organizers simply share their unique public tournament registration link. Players can upload their profile photo, select their playing category (Batsman, Bowler, All-Rounder, Wicket Keeper), specify playing style and base price, and instantly receive a verified digital draft pass with a 1-tap WhatsApp sharing card.

Question 4

How does the Franchise Mobile Bidding Desk work, and can team owners bid from their smartphones?

Accepted Answer

AuctionBest includes a private, high-speed Franchise Mobile Bidding Desk accessible on any smartphone browser without downloading apps. Each franchise receives a private 6-digit access PIN and a 3-tab arena (Live Bidding Arena with 0.1s sync, My Squad & Purse tracking with role counters, and Searchable Remaining Player Pool with Stage Safety Alerts), plus Light/Dark mode.

Question 5

How does AuctionBest prevent overbidding, purse overdrafts, and squad limit violations?

Accepted Answer

AuctionBest enforces 100% automated database-level purse and roster validation. Before any bid registers, the platform verifies available purse points and squad capacity. If a bid exceeds limits, the button locks automatically, eliminating overbidding and dispute delays.

Question 6

Can tournament organizers disable mobile bidding or reset team PINs during the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The organizer control room features a master ON/OFF toggle switch, real-time audit logs with millisecond timestamps, and 1-tap individual PIN generation and reset on the fly.

Question 7

What happens if my internet disconnects during the auction?

Accepted Answer

All bidding events, unsold logs, and purse transactions are automatically committed to the database in real-time. If any device disconnects, refreshing the browser immediately restores the auction exactly where it left off without losing any data.

Question 8

How does the 1-Click AI Auto Background Removal work for player photos?

Accepted Answer

Our integrated AI automatically isolates player portraits and removes backgrounds in seconds, producing crisp, transparent PNG cutouts ready for 4K OBS livestream lower-thirds and stadium LED displays without Photoshop.

Question 11

Accepted Answer

Question 12

How do I bulk import players using an Excel or CSV spreadsheet?

Accepted Answer

In the tournament setup screen, click Import CSV to download the sport-specific sample CSV template (Name, Category, Role, Style, Age, Address, Base Price, Order No). Uploading your populated CSV file automatically imports 10 to 500+ players in seconds with categorized sets and custom base prices.

Question 13

How does the Drag-and-Drop Bulk Player Photo Matching Wizard work?
